Friday Favourites

Hello Friends,

I hope you are doing well. Today I am off work and spent some time working on this Friday favourites for today. I love these posts, because I can do a bit of window shopping at the same time. I miss shopping at stores, and like to get some ideas of things I would like to buy in the future online instead.  Hopefully you like some of the things I share as well. None of these items are sponsored or affiliated links. They are items I like, think would be a good gift idea, or fun to check out. Hope you enjoy browsing my list for today.

1. Knitting and ice cream book sleeve on Etsy by ArtisanalAne. This is so cute! I will be getting one. When I travel or want to pack a book, I think about damaging the book as I toss it in my bag. I also love the knitting and ice cream design.

2. Swell bottle in the lilac posy design from Indigo. This bottle is so perfect for Summer and brightens my spirits just looking at it. I own a couple of swell bottles and love them, One is for the gym because it got a bit beat up from dropping it onto the hard floor at the gym once and also from more use. My other one I am using right now and it is tie dye colors blues and grays. The bottles keep my water cold all day.

3. Good day, bad day, don't even ask stemless Wine glass on Amazon. I need this one, it is so funny. I think I would fill it up to don't even ask most times. It is also a great gift for someone who enjoys wine.

4. This sign from ThisRusticHome on Etsy is so nice and funny. It made me laugh when I saw it. It would be so cute to hang in the kitchen or over a coffee station. I love the Rae Dunn mug as well. I will take both.

5. So you want to talk about race by Ijeoma Oluo from Indigo.  I would like to learn how to be a better ally and understand more about issues in society involving race. This book has been everywhere and has really good reviews. I will be reading this one to learn more. This year. the main focuses have been about the pandemic and also more of an awareness of systemic racism. It needs to stop now. awareness and change in behavior will help move us in the right direction.

6.  Beach Read by Emily Henry from Indigo. for a fun book to read this Summer. I have seen this one around so much and it has really good reviews. Just the cover looks like it would be perfect to bring along for a day on the beach or in a park. I miss the beach right now...

7. This is a really pretty lunch box from Indigo to take with you on picnics and to work, when we finally go back to the office.
