Knitting the Baby Blanket

Hello Friends,

I hope you are doing well. I have been busy with work and also knitting the baby blanket. I am preparing for my sister's baby shower this weekend! We will be having it on Zoom, so that will be different and much like my bridal shower. 

I have knitted more of the blanket Simple Lines Baby Blanket.  I am hoping to have it done by Sunday in time for the baby shower to give to my sister as a gift. I will basically only be knitting the next few days.

I am still reading Didn't See That Coming by Rachel Hollis and Lean In. I finished listening to the audiobook No Hard Feelings by Liz Fosslien and Mollie Duffy. It was so good and I learned a lot of helpful tips for the workplace. I started to listen to the audiobook That's What She Said by Joanne Lipman. I like having an audiobook to listen to on my weekly drives to pick up groceries for inspiration.

Thank you for stopping by! I heard this week we are getting more vaccines and some people I know can now quality. It is exciting to think that we can all be vaccinated this year. We still have a ways to go, but we are moving in the right direction. I can't believe it has been a year of the Coronavirus now and we have somehow held it together. I hope you are all doing well and staying safe!
