Saturday Stitch - The Filet Net Stitch

 Hello Friends,

I hope you are doing well. I knitted the filet net stitch. It is a fun stitch to knit. It is a good stitch for market bags, shawls and blankets according to New Stitch a Day.  I can see how the loose lace pattern would be great for those market bags I see people making because it gives those holds in the fabric. I might knit one someday maybe using this stitch.

Pattern:

Cast on multiples of 3:

• Row 1: K2, *sl 2, psso, sl 1, psso, sl 1 back to main needle, yo 2x, k1; rep from * to last st, k1.
• Row 2: K3, *p1, k2; rep from * to end.

Repeat rows 1 – 2 until you have reached your desired length.
