Hello Friends,
I hope you are all doing well. I had a wonderful Easter weekend spending time with family. I got a lot of knitting done on my Barley Light beanie as well and I am happy to say I am done! It was a fun knit and I was so excited to finally knit a beanie. I like the fit although I was thinking it was large when it was done. I had knitted the longest length because I wanted more of a slouch which I definitely got but I have to play around with it to make it look right and slouchy instead of just sticking up or out.
Details:
Pattern: Barley Light by Tin Can Knits from Ravelry
Yarn: Patons Kroy Socks yarn in the colorway Flax (I used one full skein and a bit of the second I purchased to complete the hat.)
Needles: double-pointed needles sizes US 2.75 mm and US 3.25 mm
Joining along with Frontier Dreams for Crafting On ,As Kat Knits for Unraveled Wednesday, and with Ginny for her monthly Yarn Along on Small Things.
Thank you for visiting my blog today and I hope you have a great day!
