Stockinette Stitch Triangles - Stitchy Saturday

Hello Friends,

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to start learning new stitches again as I had once done each week with Stitchy Saturday posts. I am starting them back up again with the help of the book 750 Knitting Stitches - The Ultimate Knit Stitch Bible by Erika Knight. I will be sharing photos of the finished knitted swatch and how I found knitting it but will not be sharing the patterns as they are found in this book. I will be sharing the patterns if I find them on the internet. Today's stitch is the stockinette stitch triangles.

You can find the pattern by following this link: easytoknit.com.

I thought this pattern was easy to knit and repetitive. I think that it would make a good scarf. I really like the texture of this stitch with the knit and purl repetition. I also think it would be great to use for blankets as the texture adds softness to the blanket and add a nice simple design.

Hope you liked this pattern for today!  I will be sharing more stitches every Saturday.Have you knitted this pattern before?

Have a great day!
