Knitting project updates!

Hello Friends,

Lately I have been knitting the baby blanket and I did some work on the cowl yesterday.  The blanket it coming along it is getting much longer and I am excited to send it off to my cousin shortly.  I am also liking how the cowl is turning out.  It is a very fun and easy knit on a repeat of four rows.  I knit the cowl a lot yesterday while I watched Rio.  It is such an adorable movie, I will definitely see the second movie! :)

In other news my family got two kittens!  My friend's Aunt was giving them away and we just could not resist!  They are adorable and so much fun to have around.  They are 5 months old now and they are brothers who are inseparable.  They look very different because their mother was a mix of colors, black, brown, white, orange and their father was all orange.  Their names are Rupert and Milo (their nicknames are Roo and Moo, Roo is the orange one and Moo is the black and white one).  We call them by their nicknames most of the time.

I hope you have a great day!

  1. Beautiful cats. My first one was a ginger cat that just turned up one day and adopted us.
