Simple Sunday

Hello!
Happy Sunday, I hope you are all doing well and accomplishing the things you set out to do! I am trying today to get things done, cleaning my room, went to proactice highway driving, and according to my dad, I was excellent! :D my G test is in March, so I still have plenty of time to practice driving along and merging onto the highway..

Knitting To Do's!

I took a photo of my yarn stash this morning and decided to share it with you. I hadn't realised just how much yarn I've accumulated over the years. I see a color i like buy it, and then I guess don't use it. But I will be knitting more I assure you :)

I will be knitting "tube socks" with the colorful yarn soon to start practicing knitting socks :) It's pretty !

Happy Weekend!!

I am so happy it's the weekend now, it's been a busy week with the kiddies at work and early shift! waking up at 5:45 every morning. I slept in until 9 30 today, it was heaven....

I got started on some socks the other night I just need to figure out what a "panel pat" is then I am off and running! they will be gray with a cable knit stich running down the side. They look really cute in the picture. Let's see if I can match it ;)

I am going to a child's birthday party today in 15 minutes actually and going to do the wole pizza lunch, cake and games thing. I am helping out my friend she has 3 boys.

Well I hope you all enjoy this fine saturday ! and maybe go tobagganing if you have snow like me up to your knees :)

A night for relaxation

Tonight was a wonderful relaxation night. One of those cozy nights after work when you have no agendas, nothing you HAVE to do....
so here's how this fabulous night went down...

First, when I got home I logged onto my computer and signed onto my blog, looked around and also looked through my favorite blogs to see updates. I thought about how to make mine better. I can spend a lot of time doing this :)


Then decided, I need some cozy at home clothes and changed into my pjs and very comfortable slippers :)



Then I picked up "The Friday Night Knitting Club" and read about 10 pages until I decided to take a 30 minute nap so I wouldn't feel so sleepy. I woke up at 5:45 this morning!! :/


Then, since I live in Ontario and we have the three part drivers license [G1,G2, AND G] I booked my road test for my G [final step to getting my full license] ! so happy about that :) except it took forever to load, not just 60 seconds... gr.

Well it was a good one, tomorrow night I'll be at a work workshop and the night after, a meeting so they won't be so lovely. That's probably why I am appreciating this night so much :P
