Cell or Ipod cozy

how is everyone today?

I want to show you what I've been working on lately:

an ipod or cellphone cozy!

I plan to make a flap that buttons up once I knit a buttonhole and sew up the seams :)

2010 crafting goals:

Hey all,

It is the New Year and I have some crafty goals I would like to achieve this year, have you all made goals yet?
mine are:

Knit clothing: I really want to knit something to wear this year, I have been procrastinating but I can do this! just need to pick up the needles and wool.

Oil Paint: I just love the look of oil paintings, so beautiful it would be great if I could paint my own someday. Practice, practice, practice!

Learn to crochet: my friend just learned, I think it would be fun :)
sketch more in the sketch book
decorate boxes
get photos developed and create albums more often

are just some so far :)

sorry I was away for some time, I will be writing again now. I got inspired again by watching the movie 'Julie and Julia'! has anyone else seen it? very amazing movie and it got me thinking about my own blog :)

So lately I've been working, I got a fulltime job in a childcare center, I am really loving it :)

I started a project, it's a gray tank top, I had to frog it unfortunately because I didn't follow the pattern correctly.. but I will start over very soon, probably tomorrow since I don't want it to go on too long without any projects.
I am also knitting my sister a phone cozy, she asked me to, i think it'll be cute.
